This two-stage air compressor features a 100% duty cycle and splash-lubricated design, optimized to deliver increased compressed air output at reduced horsepower for cost efficiency. Proudly made in the USA, it includes a high-performance cast iron QT-7.5 belt drive pump with an industry-leading pump life exceeding 50,000 hours.

Equipped with an aluminum head for enhanced strength and heat dissipation, corrosion-resistant stainless-steel reed valves, and a two-cylinder cast-iron construction, this compressor offers durable and efficient operation. Industrial-class bearings and graphite gaskets ensure extended piston life and reliable sealing, while the balanced cast iron flywheel and counter-weighted crankshaft provide smooth, energy-efficient performance.

The high-efficiency finned tube intercooler reduces heat buildup, prolonging valve life and minimizing downtime with fewer moving parts.
