This advanced balancer integrates 3D Auto Data Entry and Laser-Spot technology to streamline balancing tasks and deliver exceptional accuracy, helping reduce service time, minimize re-work, and boost workshop efficiency.
At the heart of the LS45DS wheel balancer is its 3D Auto Data Entry system, which automatically detects wheel parameters such as diameter, width, and distance. No manual entry is needed; the machine captures the data in three dimensions and applies it to the balancing process. This automated capability significantly reduces the opportunity for human error and speeds up the workflow under busy shop conditions.
Complementing the data capture, the Laser-Spot system provides precise guidance for weight placement. Instead of relying solely on display icons or LED pointers, this balancer employs a laser to project the exact location where balancing weights should be applied.
